Events, Sports, Leisure, and Community Scheme

Our Eventinsure product is underwritten by Allianz ACGS, and has been in place since 2013. It offers cover for over 300 events and trades, which we believe is currently the widest in the market and has benefited from 10 years trading and very stable prices. It has been very successful with all kinds of events, such as festivals, village fairs, family fun days, concerts, charity events, summer camps, craft and food fairs, theatre shows etc. Also popular, and sometimes hard to place at a reasonable price, are the subcontractors to events, such as market stalls, mobile catering, individual exhibitors who are all rated easily online.

Clients can choose a Public Liability limit of up to €6.5m and €13m on Employers Liability cover, with low excesses.

We cover a wide range of property under the binder, and have written all types of combined risks such as Venues, Theatres, Visitor/Tourist Attractions and Arts Centres. We can also upon request, provide all risks cover for equipment hired in, on short time hirer and for Equipment Suppliers whilst their equipment is anywhere in Ireland.

Sports Clubs

The broker market can sometimes find it difficult to place certain Sport Clubs, so as an aide memoire, a few of our most popular Clubs are listed here: GAA, Soccer, Basketball, Athletics, Jockey, 5-a-Side, Martial Arts, Rowing, Tennis, Swimming, Tag Rugby, Rugby, Golf Societies and more. We would like to remind our brokers to think of us and remember we can do all aspects of the risk, including the add on Personal Accident cover.

Free Covers Available

We know some of the voluntary and community activities that we insure may have a range of activities, consequently we try to assist clients with wide and flexible coverage. Certain trades are provided a Green list of activities included at no additional cost (upon request). It is designed to provide cover for minor fundraising activities such as tables quizzes, coffee morning, bucket collections etc.
