Covid-19 warning Graphic

Recent weeks have had an unprecedented and damaging effect on the events sector, so we thought we would give a summary of the developments here, as they happen. Hopefully there will be further announcements soon, to give certainty to a nervous events sector.

21st April 2020
Government confirms that events with crowds of more than 5000 will not be licensed up to the end of August2020. What does this mean for our sector? At least there is some clarity as the uncertainty was nearly worse. Realistically we don’t expect to see any large scale events until late summer or 2021. Change will be gradual and we believe that further clarification still needs to be given, surrounding smaller events and this is expected before 5th May 2020 #covid19#staysafe

Mandatory measures extended until 5th May 2020 #stayhome#staysafe

28th March 2020

13th March 2020
In these uncertain time, Taoiseach Leo Varadkar has announced in addition to the closure of all Schools and Colleges and childcare facilities all indoor gatherings of more than 100 and outdoor mass gatherings of 500 should be cancelled. We’re here to help you through these uncertain times. If you have any queries please give our Events team a call and chat through any of your queries. #staysafe#covid19
