The Claims Process
When we are notified of a claim, you are immediately assigned to an adjuster, and you will be given his or her name and phone number during your initial phone conversation with us. We use OSG Loss Adjusters, who are Irelands leading claims management company. They will work with you and with us, to ensure speedy resolution of your claim.
The adjuster assigned to your claim will contact you to gather more details about what happened and you will complete a claim form.
If a meeting is necessary, your adjuster will work with you to schedule a time and day that suits you to meet. Your adjuster will review all the information related to your loss, which may include: the results of any inspection, information you have provided, correspondence from any third parties, the terms of your policy, and any other necessary documentation.
Your adjuster will then discuss the resolution of your claim with you. If the damage is covered by your policy, you will receive a claims payment, minus any applicable excess.
Our Adjuster provides a pro-active and professional claims service and have over 20 years of experience in handling liability claims in the Irish market from notification, investigation, negotiation and settlement. Our aim is to settle your claim quickly and correctly, so that our clients can get on with their business.
